It was indeed an evening to remember at the Dolphin in North Goa, Mandrem, “The Portuguese Nite” was a musical fiesta for the natives of Portugal, and Portuguese nationals from various parts of Europe visiting Goa. O’luv was at his crooning best yet again, every ode serenaded left the audience totally captivated by the charisma and magical voice of O’luv.

All-time greats like “Coimbra”, "ABC do Coração", "Mãezinha Querida", "Sáudades do Sertao", "Manhã de Carnaval", "Carolina", "María Isabel” were sung to perfection by the multi-talented maestro. It was astounding to watch the crowd in a whirl of emotions when the musical marvel was requested to sing the traditional “Coimbra” three times by a screaming swarm of dancing women, presenting them a feel of home, away from home, even moving them to tears! He unfolded the evening with a spectacular performance of his original composition Ami Goenkar from the album Ooh Vah Veh; thus, proving his mettle, once again, as a singer par excellence.

The show was an exclusive of 2 hours’ entertainment. O’luv was accompanied by Joaquim De Souza, who marveled the crowd with his instrumentals on the piano and saxophone.
